Strawberry Pancakes
Ingredients:
~strawberries (any amount you want)
~a cup of strawberry Greek yogurt
~1 egg
~1/2 cup of flour
~1 tsp. baking soda
~powdered sugar or whipped cream to top
(1) Slice strawberries.
(2) Mix egg with Greek yogurt.
(3) Mix flour and baking soda, then add egg and Greek yogurt mix.
(4) Add about half of the sliced strawberries.
(5)Spoon pancake batter onto skillet or griddle forming 2 inch pancakes and flip when bubbles appear. *Note: batter will be thick*
(6) Top with powdered sugar or whipped cream and enjoy. :-)
Ingredients:
~banana (mashed)
~second banana (sliced)
~1 cup of pancake mix
~1 egg
~1/3 cup of milk
~1 teaspoon vanilla
~1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
~1 tablespoon of honey
(1) Combine pancake mix, milk, egg, vanilla, honey and cinnamon in medium mixing bowl.
(2) Fold in mashed banana until it's completely blended in.
(3) Spoon pancake batter onto skillet or griddle forming 2 inch pancakes and flip when bubbles appear.
(4) Top with banana slices and any other toppings you wish.
(5) Enjoy! :-)

Ingredients:
~1 large onion
~peppers
~other assorted seasonal veggies
~sausage
~pepperoni
~multigrain pizza crust mix
~spaghetti sauce
~shredded cheese
(1)Follow directions to make pizza crust.
(2) Cook sausage and break into small pieces
(3) Sautee onions and peppers.
(4) Spread sauce on pizza.
(5) Top with cheese, meat, and veggies
(6) Cook in oven for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheight.

Dreamsicle protein shake
Ingredients:
~milk or almond milk
~orange juice
~1 packet of vanilla carnation instant breakfast (CIB)
Fill half the glass with milk, half with orange juice, and mix in the packet of CIB.
